Caritas Europa held its 5th Emergency Forum on the 2nd and 3rd of October, 2007 in Brussels with more than 30 participants from 18 different member organisations from throughout Europe. The agenda of this year, to a large extent, focused on the relationship that Caritas agencies hold with the European Commission Humanitarian aid Office (ECHO).
