Brussels, 22 September 2008 - Hosted by Caritas Hungary on 10-11 September in Budapest, the Caritas Europa 3^rd Management Forum was held with the theme “Caritas: Professionalism, the Formation of the Heart and our Faith”.

The Forum gathered chief executives and managers from 22 Caritas Europa member organisations across Europe, who discussed upon the role of professionalism in faith-based organisations in connection to specific aspects of leadership and governance within the Church and Caritas.

Major inputs in the program included presentations on “The Spirituality of Professionalism”, “Management Models” and “What does Deus Caritas Est and Canon Law say about Caritas?”.
