Brussels, 01 June 2008 - Caritas Europa and member organisations have developed two new tools for project reporting that will improve the communication and efficiency in projects financed and co-financed by Caritas organisations.

Designed to respond to needs that member organisations had jointly identified at an earlier stage, the tools (a standardized reporting format and guidance on structural costs) have practical applications in e.g. negotiating project agreements, developing budgets, and building the capacities of Caritas staff in good reporting practice.

The devise and final production of the tools could only happen thanks to the strong driving force that participants of the IEC Europe put behind the project
